In the news...
Just a quick note: I was interviewed for an article about marshmallows last month and it appeared in the Baltimore Sun food section today. Read the online version here. It was actually a lot of fun, the reporter and photographer came to my house to interview me and document the marshmallow making process. There's even a how-to photo gallery of me making the marshmallows.

What a fun article-- I dug the original out of my paper when I saw your post. And the big photo on the front of the section makes your marshmallows look sooooo tasty!
Good for you!!! What a great article! Enjoyed the document on making marshmallows also. I started making my own marshmallows last year, will never buy them again. No comparision. Will give the green tea version a try, sounds interesting.
I just read the article and had to come online to tell you that it was great to read about you. I would have never thought to make my own marshmallows either. This might be a fun spring break project to do with the kids.
Very cool! The finished marshmallows look amazing.
Yay! Congratulations on the article. That was great! Those marshmallows look yummy!
I really enjoyed the article, Rachel, and I love the picture of you holding the plate of marshmallows. You know, my mother-in-law made home-made marshmallows for Easter last year and sent them to us in a care package. My husband has been raving about them for the last 11 months, so I hope we another little package soon! If not, I feel secure knowing I can follow your recipe.
That is so cool- almost as cool as making your own marshmallows from scratch! I am impressed!
Congratulations! What a wonderful article. And I've been thinking about marshmallows lately--specifically, figuring out if it's possible to make them sugar-free, or at least lower glycemic-index. I know, it's blasphemy... but when you're diabetic, you have to do what you have to do!
They're wonderful! I had some in my cocoa!
That is so cool! Congratulations :)
I am definitely trying that marshmallow recipe.
Nice article! I think the marshmallows you gave me were from that same shoot and they tasted every bit as good (maybe even better!)than they looked.
