Peppermint Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
food coloring, optional
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients until well blended. Frost on cooled cupcakes or cake.

Peppermint frosting is very festive, I wouldn't mind a few of these...
I love the platter! And mini cupcakes is a great idea.
I made this and also added crushed peppermint candy. Frosted a chocolate cake.
