Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup fresh broccoli (cut into tiny florets)
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup onion, diced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheese, bacon and onion. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar until combined. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. If you used a bowl with a tight fitting lid, you could also mix the salad together by putting the lid on and shaking the bowl like maracas and dancing around the kitchen. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
