Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
food coloring (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl combine butter and cream cheese. Beat together until fluffy. Slowly beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in food coloring and vanilla.

This icing tastes really great! I also added some Almond flavoring and milk for spreading consistency.
