Cream Biscuits with Dill
Ingredients:2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1 1/4 cups heavy cream, plus additional for brushing biscuits
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Into a bowl, sift together the flour, the baking powder, and the salt. Add the dill and 1 1/4 cups of the cream. Stir the mixture until it forms dough. Gather into a ball. On a lightly floured surface knead the dough gently about 6 times and pat it out 1/2 inch thick. Cut out as many biscuits with a cutter dipped in flour and invert the rounds onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Repeat as necessary. Brush with cream and arrange on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until slightly brown, about 10 minutes.

Thanx for the recipes!! I want to know if these bisquets are soft? Cause they do not have egg!
Yes, they are soft. They are cream biscuits and cream biscuits do not contain eggs.
Oh, looks yummy!
Thanks for recipe - seems fairly simple so I shall definitely try it.
